Description
Blend the malt whisky flavored syrup and the vanilla ice cream in a blender to form a smooth paste. Pour this mixture into a glass and garnish with hazelnut chocolate sauce. This featured mocktail does not erupt but people will when they see and taste it.

Ingredients
- Espresso 60ml
- Vanilla Ice Cream 2 scoops
- Sparlar Malt Whisky Flavored Syrup 60ml
- Ice Cubes
- Sparlar Hazelnut Chocolate Sauce 10ml
Instructions
- Slowly pour hazelnut chocolate sauce along the sides of the glass to creating the flowing lava effect.
- Combine Malt Whisky Flavored Syrup, Vanilla Ice Cream, Espresso and ice in the blender.
- Pulse until its smooth.
- Pour the Mudslide mixture into the prepared glass. Garnish with whipped cream and top with a mint sprig.
