- Jujube Puree 45g
- Cream 15ml
- Whole fat milk 150ml
- Sparlar Muscovado Flavored Syrup 10ml
- Sparlar Red Velvet Sauce 20ml
- Peanut powder 1bsp
- Cranberry flakes 3g
- Crushed ice 120g
- Rose petals
Instructions
Jujube Puree
- Jujube deseed, added water and boiled 20min.
- Sifted into puree.
Red Velvet Jujube Milk
- Blended all ingredients.
- Dressed with rose petals.
