Ingredients
Mashed Honey Date
- Honey date 50g
- Brown sugar water 1 cup
Honey Date & Red Velvet
- Mashed honey date 45g
- Fresh cream 15ml
- Milk 150ml
- Sparlar Muscovado Flavored Syrup 10ml
- Sparlar Red Velvet Sauce 20ml
- Powdered peanut butter 1bsp
- Milne cranberry fragments 1btp
- Crushed ice 1 cup
Decoration
- A few rose petals
Instructions
Mashed Honey Date
- Shell honey date seeds. Place dates and water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from the heat and strain through a strainer lined with cheesecloth. Peel and core dates, and mash the dates into a thick puree. Set aside.
Honey Date & Red Velvet
- Cold Drink: Add all the ingredients and ice into the food processor, pulse until well combined. Place rose petals onto a mocktail as decoration.
- Hot Drink: Add all the ingredients without ice into the food processor, pulse until well combined. Add boiling water. Garnish with the rose petals.
